Having this same issue on Win 10 machine and was told by Microsoft tech support rep to roll back to Windows 7 since the driver is not supported. The strange thing is that It worked with Windows 10 initially, then stopped working. Dell says they do not offer Win 10 support, but this is an Intel driver. I hope Intel has a solution, because rolling back to Windows 7 is a tedious process requiring reinstalling software and apps, which I feel is a terrible use of time if this could simple be solved by changing drivers.
